About us
The platform
AccuLNP™ is a lipid mediated, multi-component system for the delivery of nucleic acids. We have a versatile and diverse library of over several hundred proprietary ionizable lipids with novel chemical structures which serves as the major component of the delivery vehicle.
Our studies have shown that the composition of our delivery vehicle can be tailored for the encapsulation of different types of nucleic acids (e.g., mRNA, siRNA, oligonucleotides and DNA) to achieve high payload encapsulation efficiency, superior transfection efficiency, and low toxicity.
AccuLNP-based transfection reagent can be applied for a variety type of applications in the field of biological research where delivery of nucleic acid is needed.
